Are all items authentic?
Yes — 100%. Every item is held in our warehouse, physically inspected, and hand-verified by Kulture's professional authenticator before it reaches you. We never sell replicas or unverified products.
How do you verify authenticity?
Our in-house authenticator inspects every detail — materials, stitching, tags, barcodes, box labels, and more. We use industry-standard authentication processes to ensure every item meets our quality standards.
Do you sell consignment items?
Yes. We carry both store-owned inventory and verified consignment pieces. Every consignment item goes through the same rigorous authentication process before being listed.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We offer same-day delivery in Greater Montreal. For the rest of Canada, express shipping takes 1–3 business days and standard shipping takes 1–8 business days.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Absolutely. Free curbside pickup is available at our Montreal location: 4055 St-Catherine West, Suite 151, Westmount, Quebec.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please review our Refund Policy for full details. We encourage you to contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about sizing or product details.
What if I receive a damaged item?
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, contact us immediately at info@shopkultureklash.com with photos. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.

How can I sell my sneakers to Kulture Klash?
We buy brand new, authentic inventory and pay cash or EMT. DM us on Instagram @shopkultureklash or email us at info@shopkultureklash.com with photos of what you have.
How do I become a consignor?
We partner exclusively with established resellers who meet our standards for authenticity, consistency, and reputation. Submit your portfolio and references to info@shopkultureklash.com to apply.
